Sara Yingling

Sara is a highly experienced yoga teacher and movement specialist, passionate about helping individuals of all ages and abilities enhance their mobility, strength, and overall well-being. In 2023, she was introduced to transformative concepts that have helped her clients and herself reduce chronic pain and improve movement efficiency. Sara combines a deep understanding of physiology, anatomy, and rehabilitative exercises to create yoga sessions that support healing, injury prevention, and functional movement.

Her expertise shines in working with individuals over 60, those with artificial joints, and clients recovering from injury. Through her sessions, participants experience improvements in balance, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, leading to a higher quality of life.

With over 1,000 hours of teaching experience, Sara has studied with renowned experts in the field and brings a unique, holistic approach to her practice, whether on the mat or in aerial yoga. Her goal is to empower clients to move more efficiently, reduce compensation, and foster long-term body awareness for sustainable health.
