Schedule:
For this retreat, we’ll start each day by drinking 8oz. of water with our heavy metal binder of choice, followed by a shot of wheatgrass juice. Then we’ll practice QiGong breathing or Tai Chi outside in the morning sun. Throughout the day, simple snacks and a variety of fluids will be provided. For successful detoxification, a 2-day or more juice fast is recommended, especially during the digestive phase of the reset. However, some solid and semi-solid foods will be available even on these days. Each activity and food is always optional. The agenda for the rest of each day will vary as follows:

Day 1 - Kidney pathway
Check-in 3-5 pm Following introductions and an overview of the program, we’ll establish our daily water drinking goal, and learn about the various detox boosters available. Build-your-own light salad

Day 2 - Digestion pathway
Celery, fennel, lemon juice Assisted water enemas (offered individually in a private setting) will help to open up the main exit path for toxins. Vegetable fermentation workshop Bone broth -- Apple sauce

Day 3 - Liver Pathway
Beets, Greens, Apple juice Assisted wheatgrass and coffee enemas will be provided to help to retore GI health and clear the liver pathway. A Castor oil wellness pack treatment is offered simultaneously. Rest, leisure and journaling time Bone broth – Mashed purple potatoes

Day 4 - Circulatory system pathway
Hike and/or walk to boost circulation, promoting movement of toxins into GI tract Young Heart herbal elixir prep workshop Red lentil and cauliflower soup – Avocado salad

Day 5 - Skin and Lymphatic system
Cucumber, apple, dandelion greens juice We’ll gather in the outdoor sauna area for a group herbal scrub & hydrotherapy experience, to clear blockages in pores and encourage movement of lymphatic fluid Braised kale salad – Delicata squash soup Infrared (sunset) yoga

Day 6 - Lung Pathway
Beets, berries, greens juice We’ll practice Wim Hof Breathwork, an excellent way to open up the bronchioles and expand lung capacity. Wild rice tabouli – orange broccoli salad Fire ceremony

Day 7 - Green juice
We’ll debrief the week, create a plan for detox success in the coming weeks, and say our goodbyes!
